About Me

I'm an econsultancy trainer and Director & Founder of Quiip - an Australian-based business offering professional community management services. We are Australia's leading community management company, specialising in handling difficult & sensitive issues to minimise risk and maximise engagement.

My specialties include online community management, governance and engagement, and UGC moderation. I am actively passionate about online communities - I founded one of the world's first online community managers' conferences (#swarmconf) in 2011 and I convene the Australian CM Roundtables.

I've been featured in a number of whitepapers (the ReadWriteWeb Guide to Community Management, Communities of Purpose and 60 Insights from Experienced Community Managers) and have spoken at Parliament House Canberra, the Australian Museum's Innovation Sessions and guest lectured at Sydney's Ad School.
