Interim Digital Marketing Consultant at SALT.TV
From December 10, 2011 until January 25, 2012.

SALT.TV is a creative film production company, creating outstanding advertising videos, marketing and viral campaigns for leading brands such as Nokia, Yahoo, Samsung and Channel 4 to name a few. A creative film production studio, Salt.tv works with leading media agencies and SME’s to deliver films that exceed expectations. As interim Digital Project Manager, the key responsibility of this project was to meet Salt.tv’s business objective of digital lead generation and brand re-positioning through the launch of a new company website, to be delivered on time and on budget. Responsibilities: •Create and deploy a comprehensive project management plan for the launch of a new company website to meet the business and marketing objectives; •Putting in place digital marketing best practice steps to support the launch of the website, which included conducting an objective-setting phase, through to conducting wireframes, design and functionality phases; •Create and deploy a digital lead generation strategy which integrates search engine optimisation, userability, social media and navigation best practice to boost organic rankings in leading search engines; •Liaise and Project Manage a design consultancy and a development organisation, to ensure the client’s website requirements were translated into the design and development requirements to meet the lead generation objective.
