Education and Qualifications
1990 – 1999
Whilst fully engaged in his business activities, Bill studied at Durham Business School, Leeds University and the Open University Business School, where he gained his MBA. Bill worked with business colleagues and mentors to explore the study and uses of Creative Management techniques in connection with Entrepreneurship and SME Development. Bill’s MBA dissertation is entitled: “Franchisees: Entrepreneurs or Managers?”.After gaining his MBA Bill became a PhD student with the Open University Business School. He soon realised, however, that there were more valuable ways to spend the next four years of his life. Bill continues his learning on a more informal basis.
