About Me
During the last 6 years I had been working for a big online fashion retailer based in Italy selling worldwide, with offices in Milan, Paris, Madrid, NYC, Tokyo and Shanghai.
I worked both on multi-brand websites (yoox.com, thecorner.com), and as senior store manager for mono-brand websites (emorioarmani.com, store.robertocavalli.com, napapjiri.com, moschinoboutique.com) developing deep knowledge of online retailing both in full-price and off-price environments.
The focus of my job was: online merchandising, inbound logistic and digital production, account management, onsite communication (content, banners), email marketing (newsletter planning and sending), reporting (sales and GA), defining product range together with the buyer and the client, allocating budget on projects/enhancements on the website, with the aim of maximising conversion rate and optimising the customer experience.
Education and Qualifications
I graduated in Communication at the Univesità degli studi di Trieste, discussing a thesis about the history of Made in Italy fashion, with a focus on communication.
After that, I took a Masters degree in Fashion Marketing&Communication, in Florence.
I speak fluent English and good French.
