I have worked in both client and agency-side digital marketing environments, leading teams and developing competencies across project management, Search Engine Marketing (SEO and PPC) eCommerce, email (including CRM) and social media.
My career began in a start-up, aimed at recruitment advertising agencies, within one of Europe's largest B-2-B publishers (Reed Business Information), from where I ran my own digital media education business, eventually moving to Christian Aid where I ultimately became Head of Digital, responsible for driving income via individual donors and virtual gifts.
Moving to Shire Pharmaceuticals, as an eMarketing Consultant I spent 9 months launching a series of international websites, focusing on natural search as a route to market.
From Head of Digital, building digital disciplines within a full-service agency, I now manage digital analytics and search marketing at BP.
