Christopher is doing his part to bring about a revolution in analytics as VP of measurement science at Syncapse. Previously, Christopher has been leading the charge on measurement at Critical Mass as Group Marketing Science Director and Co-lead of Marketing Science across their offices in Canada and the USA. At Critical Mass, Christopher developed their first social analytics / word of mouth measurement programs and has a significant amount of expertise in the area. Christopher has worked on national and global projects for clients including: RIM, AT&T, Best Buy, Kaiser Permanente, Dell, Citi, SUPERVALU, Hyatt, Rolex, Adidas, Lacoste, Medco, Pembina Institute, and Panasonic.
Christopher is an occasional speaker on web and social analytics for eMetrics, the Toronto Data Mining Forum, the Web Analytics Association, and for MaRS' Social Innovation Generation initiative. He leads the peer review journals project for the Web Analytics Associations' Research Committee, and is a leader in the emerging fields of neuroanalytics and social analytics.
