Cyril Husbands is director of LifeAndWorkSkills.com is a human and business development enterprise, primarily using Web 2.0 to deliver coaching, consultancy, facilitation and training services to help businesses, leaders and teams work more productively. Cyril has over twenty years experience as a coach, consultant and trainer, including working for the BBC as a diversity strategist for six and a half years.
As well as working for both businesses and public sector organisations, Cyril has worked for community and voluntary organisations, including Victim Support and the Citizens Advice service. This diverse range of experience has equipped Cyril with knowledge, skills and expertise in a broad and eclectic range of professional activities that is reflected in his client portfolio. His clients include multinational firms, such as JPMorgan and Kimberly Clark, government agencies, such as the British Council and the NHS Institute for Excellence, several government departments, including the Ministry of Defence and Department for Children, Schools and Families and other organisations, such as the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
