I founded Surveylab in 2003. We design and build customised online surveys, specialising in customer experience surveys and employee surveys (although we create surveys for a variety of other types of data-collection).
I was IT Manager/Head of IT at TARP Europe from 1999 - 2003 where I led the development of its online survey platform and migrated bespoke paper-based reports to a web-platform. (TARP was a leading provider of customer satisfaction measurement, delivering customer loyalty/satisfaction tracking programmes to clients ranging from HSBC and Lexus, to Virgin Atlantic and Vodafone.)
