February 2011 – Present • Developing & managing co-ordinated marketing strategies and plans for Haymarket’s motoring brands. • Planning and delivering strategic and tactical marketing schedules for the promotion of new and existing products for B2B and B2C audiences. • Measuring success by incorporating rigorous ROI measurement across all campaigns • Understanding current and potential customers and the associated customer journeys (CRM) • Manage and develop PPC campaigns • Liaise with central departments and publishing teams to create new marketing opportunities with retailers, third-parties and at events • Involvement in event marketing & sponsorship deals • Manage promotions budget against agreed targets • Managing the media manager/PR function and coordinating internal communications • Supply creative briefs to creative teams (internal & external) which accurately articulate the objectives and requirements of each piece of marketing • Write (some) promotional material, proofread, sign-off creative • Take responsibility for ensuring brand consistency across all platforms • Support brand owners and publishing directors in brand planning processes • Researching and reporting on external opportunities • Effective integration of data strategies into all websites • Development of online personalisation strategies • Delivery of all data acquisition campaigns
