I am considered to be an innovator by Coremetrics Analytics, winning their 2006 Achievement and 2007 Ambition Awards.  Bass Pro’s site was awarded Internet Retailer Magazine “Top 50 – Best of the Web” in both 2006 and 2007 through pioneering use of heavy content and social interaction in an eCommerce site.

P&L responsibility for E-Commerce, Contact Center and company-wide Customer Service, I reported to the President of Bass Pro Shops. responsibilities are managing a Multi-site Internet Group including eCommerce site basspro.com The primary work areas are Web/Graphic Design, Promotions, Merchandising, Customer Usability/Site Analytics, On and Off-Line Marketing including:  Paid (SEM) and Natural Search optimization, Shopping Comparison  E-mail list and Campaign Management – Current list is 3.2 million  Affiliate Programs (currently over 8,000 active affiliates now using Commission Junction)  Direct Mail/Catalog advertising
