I lead innovation across planning, creative and client service in a digital and direct agency. Working on such diverse accounts as the BBC, Royal Mail, Volkswagen, the RNLI and P&G, I am particularly interested in what drives behaviour among the youth, mums and empty nesters (while so powerful, these audiences defy easy definitions so apologies for these!) and how technology is facilitating their sense of identity, connection and life choices. Having recently architected the RNLI's 'Mystery Package' campaign with some of YouTube's most popular vloggers and also collaborated with cognitive psychologists, generational scientists and semioticians in designing a new identity for a client in the television entertainment sector, I am especially keen to swap experience and learnings with anyone who reads my profile ... and is curious to know more. By dint of that, we could probably have something to share.
