Frank was the co-founder of Martex Communications, a successful B2B portal that was operating in 26 vertical sectors by the time he sold it in 2000 to Tarsus Group for £16.5 million. Frank was Chairman of ChangeBase Ltd before successfully negotiating the sale of the business to Quest Software (now acquired by Dell) in October 2011 for $30 million.
