About Me
Ian has worked in the field of customer and user experience for over 20 years. He has gained extensive experience and insight as both a practitioner and senior manager, with a particular focus on digital and ecommerce. As a consultant, Ian continues to help companies define and deliver the right product and service experience to customers.
Prior to setting up Pardoe Consulting, Ian has was UX Director at Totaljobs Group where he successfully raised the role and influence of the user experience function across the organisation, driving usability improvements and measurement. At Seren, Ian helped to build and establish the company during its formative days as a startup service design agency. As Head of CX at Egg, Ian managed teams dedicated to digital design and usability, experience measurement and customer impact analysis. He also had a key role in helping to deliver a customer experience transformation programme across the whole organisation.
