Career History
Account Manager at RedEye International
From December 1, 2008 and still in this role.
I am heavily involved in the tactical and strategic planning and implementation of a range online marketing activities including email marketing, social media, conversion rate optimisation and analytics. I am the account lead for key clients including Envirofone, Hotel Chocolat, Macdonald Hotels, Monarch Group and On the Beach, dealing with a range of stakeholders from operational to board level in person, by email and telephone. The team I manage also work together on a wealth of other large, well-known clients, subsequently my role at RedEye has provided me with unparalleled access to leading-edge knowledge, experiences and practices.
My primary role:
• Develop and manage social, email, CRM, database segmentation, website & microsite and search strategies for clients to generate website traffic and increase conversion and ROI;
• Implement tracking solutions, analyse, interpret, report, present and explain website data to clients;
• Educate client team members and junior colleagues in all facets of online marketing;
• Take responsibility to manage junior members of the team to meet client’s needs profitably;
• Develop the product & service portfolio offered to clients to improve profitability for RedEye;
• Manage contracts, invoicing and administration of all clients I manage on behalf of RedEye.
