Progressing though my career one thing has made me perfrom above the average sales person. Heading up teams at Blue Chip orgasations from Emap, to Yell, to Trader Media. When recommending a product it is because I have proof that it will give the clients the best return. This in turn mean I keep them client for for longer. It's not necessarily about snatching that first £50k if available, yet making sure the proposal is set for success to then build a relationship, thus hitting my targets, and theirs.
Being creative in approach seems to pay off as a sales person, and for my clients. This teamed with far too much enthusiasm seems to get me through.
