Recently joined Click Here, a leading interactive agency affiliated with The Richards Group, to lead new business efforts as Director of Client Engagement. Previously, I spent 18 years at TM Advertising, where I established and grew the interactive practice to more than 60 individuals. Most recently, I served as Chief Innovation Officer at TM, where I was responsible for developing and marketing innovative integrated solutions within the agency and the McCann WorldGroup network.
My expertise includes online marketing strategy, digital content publishing, eCRM initiatives, online application development and implementation of innovative and award-winning interactive advertising campaigns. I was involved in the development and evolution of the American Airlines Web site, AA.com, which has grown to more than 30 million registered users and has become one of the most successful airline Web sites in the world. Other work with clients includes the AAdvantage Travel Awards Program, Adams Golf, Bell Helicopter, Discover Network, EDS, ExxonMobil, Fossil, Match.com, Motel 6, Nationwide Insurance, Nortel Networks, Sabre, Subaru of America, Nestle Foods, Texas Instruments, Texas Tourism and SuperPages.com.
After graduating with an advertising degree from Texas Tech University, I began my career as a partner in a regional advertising firm in West Texas. Additional agency experience includes Della Femina MacNamee/WCRS and Ackerman and McQueen.
I serve on the board of AFI Dallas International Film Festival, am a past president and board member of the DFW Interactive Marketing Association and am involved with several interactive agency advisory groups including Google Inc., Microsoft/MSN and iMedia Communications.
