I have working experience at fish and fisheries product manufacture (foreign investment company - Jakarta). Responsible to managing QA/QC for the integrated quality management system with program based on HACCP System. At management system as a team leader to building, develop awareness & company value to compliance with the quality assurance / control HACCP System. It's for fish catching (capture at fishing ground at the sea/ocean & operational at fishery vessels) and fisheries product processing & operational at field and manufacture company plant.
My responsible as an assistant of plant and
operational manager too, in structural company, and as a quality assurance &
control manager. I responsible to compliance & implement HACCP
system at manufacture & company..
I'm familiar with food product & production process, HACCP management system, GMP and SSOP. I have knowledge International Standard Organization (ISO), Procedural & Administrative Export-Import and Corporate / Government relations & certified at fish and fisheries product.
Objective Outline Job's
· Management support and Technical operational assistance as a manager about implement & compliance HACCP system, like to develop and improve line process from raw material to final product (GMP), to maintain equipment production and raw material from supplier, plant environment and empowerment personnel and then sanitary and then phyto-sanitary (SSOP), to measure that pre and post production & operations at plant the all condition to fulfill standard operational procedure (SOP)
· Building & Development the awareness and company value for the Integrated Quality Management Program (IQMP) based on HACCP System, and coordination, collaboration with inter department to achieve what's set “up to grading” and “up to date” at production and target company.
· The company has receiving certificate of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for fish and fisheries processing plant with pre-requisite rate "A" (Excellent). The all condition fresh and frozen fisheries product.
· The validation company has 16-book manual HACCP fish and fisheries product to implement & compliance HACCP System. The Verified Manual HACCP System, Audit and Verification audit company with the competent authority.
· The company has EU/EEC Approval Number for European Union (EU) and FDA Registration Number for United State of America (USA). Requirement export for fish and fisheries product to Europe and United State, we must have Approval Number to European country and to United State we must have FDA registration number.
