A passionate and results driven sales and marketing professional with 10 years experience in the retail, online and travel industries.
After 5 years working at Google consulting with Australia's largest retailers in online marketing I have left to start my own consulting business 'Online Retail Consultant' providing unbiased advice to help retailers take advantage of online channels to grow sales and improve their return on marketing spend.
I call myself a “Customer Experience Evangelist” as too often I see retailers delivering a poor customer experience online which negatively impacts their brand and influences whether people decide to go into store or make a purchase online. I help retailers get into the customers shoes and better understand how their target audience uses digital to make purchase decisions so they can capitalise on this behavior to better engage and convert in market customers.
I use my knowledge of consumer behaviour, the competitive landscape and digital media to provide guidance on online and multichannel strategy. My goal is to help multichannel retailers shift how they do their marketing and improve their online customer experience to close the gap with online and overseas competitors.

Google selected high potential employees from around the world to attend a training program run over 4 separate weeks based out of Dublin. The course was tailor made by Duke Corporate Education to improve business acumen so we can better engage at C level within a business to become trusted advisers.
