About Me
Jeff is a mobile telecom executive with 18 years of Product, Sales and Service management experience. He brings a background of corporate strategy, organizational development, and product implementation, having successfully developed solutions in mobile commerce, web commerce, and billing services.
Most recently, Jeff served as the Senior Director of the mCommerce & Mobile Ad Innovation Groups for XIUS in Woburn, MA. As an Innovation Head for XIUS, his role has been a hybrid of Product Management, Product Marketing, and Business Development for emerging product lines, including for Near Field Communication (NFC) Mobile Commerce. At XIUS, Fraser published several industry white papers and co-authored a pending patent for Rule Triggered Mobile Advertising (PCT/US2011/35372).
