E-Communications Manager at National Pharmacy Association
From December 1, 2007 and still in this role.

To develop strategies, lead development of and manage the NPA’s internet and intranet sites, MRM (membership relationship management system), web analytics and digital marketing communications; including use of social media, search engine marketing, rich media & digital tools and applications. Lately this has included specification of our E-learning, E-Commerce and membership online specifications. To champion, roll out and manage other electronic tools and applications for communicating with members, employees and key stakeholders. To provide effective routes for communication with all members through the use of the internet. To coordinate and implement e-communications and relevant digital marketing processes to ensure there is an integrated marketing plan and projects within budget and on time. To support departments and group companies in the execution of their business plan objectives through effective e-communications/digital marketing based activities. To monitor effectiveness of internet based communications and provide regular and timely reports which identify return of investment from e-communications spend.

E-Commerce Marketing Manager at Lehman Brothers

• Manage two staff: Marketing Executive & Database Administrator • Ensure website design & ongoing functionality deliveries met Lehman UK brand requirements • Instrumental in strategies, design & implementation for technological developments for website/internal systems and intermediary integration for Lehman UK initiatives. • Responsible for implementation and design of electronic communications for all brands. • Worked with internal project teams and relevant dept heads to ensure Lehman UK technology vision is deliverdd.
