I have had extensive, and successful, experience as a lead consultant and engagement manager, as well a marketing and systems manager and professional. While focusing on financial services and insurance sector clients, I have also worked with high tech manufacturers and technology firms, e.g., systems integrators, commercial software firms. I have led projects focused on operational effectiveness and revenue growth.
I am in expert in customer management – both the assessment and development of business processes and applications for clients - and the execution of account management plans and programs for clients and the firm.
My strength is aligning technology with business – creating and managing an information systems plan that puts the alignment into practice – then following through on behalf of customers, employees, and management.
