About Me

I am MD of Carrot Communications, a social communications and PR agency that works with fast-growth companies with a digital or tech focus. I have directed and implemented programmes across a wide range of business-to-business, technology, corporate and consumer companies, including: the European launch of Overture; promotion of Atos Origin’s involvement in the Olympic Games; UK launch of BlackSpider Technologies; the UK launch of web analytics company, Omniture; and thought leadership programmes for various companies including Efficient Frontier and eModeration.

As well as a full range of PR and copywriting services, Carrot has two specialist consultancy services: social media crisis management (a joint offering with social media management and moderation company, eModeration); and the promotion of online communities.

I'm particularly interested in the development of conversations and customer engagement over social media and digital channels.
