Teaching and researching in the area of Business Information Management my approach takes in socio-cultural-technical view of the impacts and implications of IT/IS/ICT from the perspectives of the business and organisations, their management, and people in their various guises of user, customer, supplier, and employee. This view encompasses the macro or holistic to provide breadth and understanding of the bigger picture and the micro or focussed for examination or intervention.
