About Me

I explore the way people experience engagement - with technologies, other people, companies - through digital media and deliver service and user interface designs. My particular passion is FMWC (Fully Mobile Wireless Communications.) My work is like a many-tentacled octopus: I focus on topics that converge on what people do, how they do it and what motivates them. I look at such popular topics as collecting and analysing Big Data to learn how to motivate audiences, Converging Technologies to consider how user interfaces could be crafted in the future, Ubiquity and Pervasiveness to learn about how FMWC can change the way we live our lives. I am also interested in different forms of gathering research data and learning about how people think!
