About Me
In October of 2008 Kristi launched her own consulting practice called “Collective Know-How.” Her practice focuses on collaborating with clients to help them with meetings, planning, communication and innovation.
Prior to creating her own consulting firm, Kristi Droppers was Executive Vice President at Davis & Company; the award-winning internal communication firm that helps companies reach, engage and motivate their employees. Kristi led the Consulting Team at the firm, where she also provided senior consulting to such clients as Dow Corning, Hewlett-Packard, IKEA, PepsiCo, Mercedes, MasterCard and Merck.
While at Davis & Company Kristi was the firm’s primary strategist in supporting leaders and managers to communicate effectively. With more than a decade of experience in organizational communication and corporate marketing prior to joining Davis & Company, Kristi brought novel solutions to the challenges faced by clients. She is an expert in planning strategic communication programs, reaching diverse internal audiences and communicating with visual impact.
An experienced facilitator and workshop leader, Kristi is a frequent speaker at conferences for organizations and companies such as Aetna, Hewlett-Packard, Siemens, Sanofi-Aventis and IABC. Session topics include helping leaders and managers communicate, creating culture change, creating and sustaining a culture of innovation and helping teams plan strategic communication programs.
Kristi is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators, The Association for Women in Communications and the Organizational Development Network. She has won numerous awards for her work in communication and marketing. Kristi earned a Master’s Degree in Adult Education from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
