About Me
Early Stage - From e-business to Entreprise 2.0
Laurent Kinet is currently focussing on eGov 2.0 consulting for the Belgian Government 2 months ago 1 comment
I started my digital career in 1996 as freelance Web consultant. I soon joined Cromozone, then DAD-LBi, before the 2000 bubble crash, and never stopped since that time to work in the fields of digital strategy, business and management consulting for key accounts. I've built during these years a broad experience in Strategy & Planning, helping clients to define the digital strategy that best fit their objectives. My specialties include: online communication consulting, media planning, benchmarks, audits, usability, creative briefings, multichannel, mobile and interactive television (idtv), etc. I also developped some skills in the early stages of digital projects (initial audits, project charters, RFP, market selection, steering committees, etc).
I managed until 2008 the Strategy & Planning department within LBi. I now own and manage Early Stage, a Consultancy around e-business and Enterprise 2.0, and I'm board member of Fair Wood Ventures (owning cleverwood, the Dynamic Insourcing company). I also give e-business courses and conferences at ICHEC and Bruxelles Formation.
