Responsible for driving IT Strategy and leads group companies IT Operations and process improvement actions across the group. Led information technology planning process: vision, Alignment of IT with business plans, system architecture, In-house & outsource development programs, Priorities. Overseeing & reviewing policy, procedures & process, Investment Planning, and Group level IT Budget.
