About Me

An experienced recruiter with 6+ years industry expereince.

Having started my career working on site at BMW on behalf of Manpower, I was resposnsible for the sourcing and placing of high volume unskilled manual labour for the production line of the new mini series.

I then moved into an agency envrionment working for Sovereign Business Resources as a specialist IT Recruitment Consultant where I worked for 4 years. I was responsible for the full 360 Degree recruitment process - developing a Technical, Digital Media & Mobile Recruitment Desk from Scratch.

In August 2012 I joined Comet as their Head Office Recruitment Manager.

In this role I was responsisble for:-

Managing the Full end to end Recruitment Lifecycle
Driving down cost of recruitment
Reducing Time to Hire
Increasing Quality of Hire
Devoloping a Talent Pool

Where possible I sourced all candidates direct through advertsiing and LinkedIn and also managed the external agencies where neccessary.

After 4 Months Comet went into administration and I secured a role with Tesco's as Resourcing Manager:- Online & Digital Marketing that utilises and builds on my internal experience at Comet and the extensive network within Digital and online marketing developed whilst at SBR.

Specialties: Identifying, approaching and securing talent for the business. Taking owenership of the full end to end recruitment lifecycle.

Resourcing Manager:- Next Generation Mobile Experience Team at Tesco
From November 26, 2012 and still in this role.

I am focused specifically on managing the full E2E Recruitment Lifecycle for Tesco’s newly formed Mobile Experience team. We are currently seeking world class Product Managers and UX Managers who thrive in pushing boundaries and exploring the unknown.
