Over 20 years’ experience delivering digital and offline marketing communications projects for not-for-profit, corporate and SME organisations. Highly passionate, efficient and creative, able to use social technologies to deliver effective communication programmes. Knowledge, experience and skills to strategically plan and manage digital marketing projects, design and code on a variety of platforms, perform measurement analysis for actionable insight and report on a strategic level. I have worked both in-house and agency-based for B2B and B2C clients and am a candidate for an MSc in digital marketing communications in the third year (dissertation stage).

Head of Digital & Vice-President of Communications at ICMIF
From January 1, 2005 and still in this role.

Primarily responsible for: • Digital marketing strategic planning and deployment • Performance monitoring and analysis of digital marketing activities • Reporting to other members of the senior executive team and participating in executive strategy meetings • Managing the delivery of video-based event communications • Managing the in-house Communications Team under the auspice of the Senior Vice-President of Communications • Organising senior executive-level seminars • Driving digital marketing innovation projects • Leading the in-house digital steering group • Liaising with suppliers and partners • Liaising with senior executives from member organisations • Performing internal training on digital marketing • Managing company use of social media • Ensuring consistency of communications and brand
