About Me
I own a interactive marketing and web development recruiting firm spcecializing in full-time and contract placements. People call what we do different names: recruiters, headhunters and talent acquisition specialists (as well as less flattering things).
Whatever we call it, at the end of the day, my firm:

20 years of working in marketing and technology, 16 years of executive leadership and team building, 9 years of interactive marketing experience, 8 years of ownership and management of a successful interactive marketing firm (including the successful sale of the firm) has prepared me to help clients identify and recruit the right talent to build their businesses. My experience has also equipped me to help candidates purposefully build their careers in ways that enrich their lives.
Frankly, all that experience was starting to make me feel old and tired until I found the joy of not only recruiting and team building for myself but of doing it for others. Of not only coaching and building the careers of my employees but of helping anyone who wanted something more or better in their lives.
