Martin is an MBA qualified marketer with over 20 years marketing experience as a Marketing Director and Consultant. Today Martin runs a consultancy specialising in Customer Experience and Customer Journey. He also provides consultancy support around marketing planning and customer contact strategy.
Currently Martin is leading AXA Wealth's Customer Experience strategy and developing their CX and helping L&Q, the UK's largest Housing Association to understand and improve its customer service delivery.
Martin has over 15 years experience at Senior Management and Board level for companies including AXA Wealth, a Marketing Agency (Drayton Bird Partnership), web analytics company (Red Eye International), Online Retailer (I Want One of Those.com), subsidiary of Norwich Union (HPI) and Travel Company (Travelscope).
He has also been retained as a consultant by major corporations including NatWest Bank, Novartis, Stannah, Unipart, HBOS, Cisco, Experian and Dell. Martin has also worked for numerous smaller companies.
Martin has particular experience of improving custome experiences to drive sales and implementing change in rapdily changing environments.
