About Me

I'm running a property management company in Western coastal France and see online work as key to generating my new business. All the time people are making the web their primary tool to research information, services and goods. It's a huge mistake to only approach marketing a business via traditional means now, whatever the product/service.

I have a background in IT support management including web services and online search tools so cover both sides of the customer experience. I have also worked on large change projects both for legislation and for business process change.

However I also have an academic background including studies to MBA level with modules in eCommerce, Operational Management and Strategy.
