Account management and planning

Conceptualising, constructing, implementing, executing projects/campaigns pertaining to marketing challenges in area(s) of acquiring new customers, building retention, benefit from loyalty, driving revenue, brand communication, marketing communication campaigns (internal/external), new product launches, channel development/ management and engagement programs using effective mix of the traditional mediums (print, outdoor, radio), direct marketing, events and promotions, digital media, innovative media (mobile, web 2.0) as tools to reach out to the target segment and drive their responses/ behavior.
