Nicholas Leck has extensive experience in Internet strategy having worked in New York with LiveTechnology for 5 years. There he developed and managed solutions to service internet communications strategies for numerous Fortune 500 clients. These included McDonalds, Hyatt Hotels, Honda Acura, General Electric and Pepsico. He returned to South Africa and managed the Dimension Data (specialist IT services and solutions provider) online strategy. He then went on to Mpowered Business Solutions as a senior consultant where he was the co-created (with Business Day Financial Mail) the the National Empowerment Database. He hopes to help improve the economy of South Africa to better compete in the Global market by improving the way businesses use the internet.
