- SessionCam records and replays all customer journeys through your website in real-time. You can replay any customer session at 4x the speed, showing all mouse movements/page scrolling etc. No network integration or hardware. We simply add a small snippet of javascript onto the pages that you want recording. Has no effect on page load times and we can have you up and running within a matter of hours. We can also intervene in customer sessions in real-time if a customer abandons a shopping basket/quote/registration process etc. Access its reporting & analysis console to identify both page and field level drop off (field level analytics), behaviour analysis reports, field re-reentry reports etc.
