I run a boutique consultancy and research business, offering competitive benchmarking of user experience and digital marketing for eCommerce and multi-channel retail businesses.
Our staple products are detailed user experience audit reports, using a comprehensive audit checklist to rate and rank the main competitors' online customer experiences within an industry. These are then tailored for individual clients to highlight the competitive gaps and priorities for improvement.
We can also undertake reviews of website analytics, digital marketing and internet strategy.
Additionally, I run an eCommerce marketplace called Klecar (http://www.klectar.com) which sells a single piece of limited-edition art or design each day. I am also part of the founding team of How.Much.Is (http://how.much.is), a distributed price comparison and competitor price-tracking tool.

My experience spans both B2B and B2C eCommerce as well as marketplaces, including time at eBay and RS Components.
