Olarewaju O.Oludare is a multi-talented founder of Techxkia Communications and Automation with proven record of delivering outstanding results in organisation’s profitability, growth, products/business development, marketing strategies development, and operational performance. Oludare holds a bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Lagos, Nigeria.
He has made significant achievements in his careers through the application of experienced-based, strong work ethics, high level of integrity and decision making. Oludare is highly focused, success driven, Self-motivated team player with vision, determination and business acumen suitable for world-class leader.
He is acknowledged for well-defined understanding of the business-technology interface and capacity to identify and align clients' emerging technological needs with products and services. Currently responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with the IT, sales, marketing and support departments to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Oludare is from engineering, ICT (Information and Communication Technology) and sales backgrounds, with over five (5) years of invaluable managerial experience of working for engineering, ICT and consulting companies.His diverse backgrounds encompass technical, operational management, service delivery, project management and business development (including devising winning sales strategies and solutions).

He has worked in more than three Information and Communication Technology companies (Pundit Computer and Technologies Limited, Hadey Global Technologies Limited, Taibid Polyindustrial Limited, e.t.c), where he was able to contribute immensely to the growth of the organizations and developed himself (through research and development, professional training ,handwork and commitment ) in the areas of :telecommunication and automation, identity solutions, security and safety solutions, e-payment solutions, general procurement, business development/marketing consultancy and entertainment.
While working in Hadey Global Technologies Limited as Head of Information Technology, he developed an ICT-based, security and safety solution ,which enabled the company to win a very profitable, multi-million dollars franchise from the organizer (LAGOS CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY) of LAGOS INTERNATIONAL TRADE FAIR (the biggest international trade fair in West Africa).
Being a dynamic, visionary, result-oriented, vibrant and self-motivated Engineer, he joined Pundit Computer and Technologies Limited as Project Manager. Through his vast industrial experience, expertise and skills, he improved on the above-mentioned ICT-based, security and safety solution, by this means, Pundit Computer and Technologies Limited won the money-spinning franchise a year after Hadey Global Technologies Limited won it.
He is a member of the British Project Professional and the Nigerian Institute of Management. He was elected as the Pioneer Chairman of University of Lagos Faculty of Engineering 2007 Graduating Students Association (a.k.a e-Grad 007), General Secretary of Plateau State Winners Corpers Fellowship (2008), Assistant Hall Pastor (En-njoku Hall) of Lagos Varsity Christian Union (University of Lagos) 2003/2004.
