Patricia E. In her corporate strategy and consulting roles, she has evaluated content and technology companies for acquisition or investment and advised a private equity fund on acquisitions. She is a member of the Stevens Institute of Technology’s Web Campus Board of Directors and sits on the board of Earth-List.com. She has recently published an article for SIIA on preparing a company for acquisition.
