About Me
Over 10 years’ commercial experience in creative and user-centred design following a BA (Hons) degree in Graphic Design at Bath Spa University.
Specialised in multimedia in final year at Bath, during which he won the RSA (The Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures & Commerce) Student Design award for Multimedia and the Macromedia Attachment award for Multimedia.
Started career at Deepend (twice voted Agency of the Year) where he worked with such clients as Abbey National, Panasonic Europe, Rimmel London, MTV, the British Design Museum and French Connection (FCUK).
Received 2 BIMA award nominations for the FCUK website.
After leaving Deepend Paul worked as a freelance designer with the likes of Sunseeker and the British Museum. During the same 2 years he worked as a Design lecturer in Higher Education.
Since joining Redweb Paul has developed his user centred design skills focusing heavily on the user experience aspect of projects for such clients as Sky, Transport for London, e.on, the British Council and the Electoral Commission.
Won Best AIM Website Award voted by users of the website in the AIM Investment Awards 2007 for Hamworthy.com
In 2008 Paul gained the internationally recognised HFI Certified Usability Analyst qualification and regularly attends User Experience conferences and lectures. He is also a member of UPA (Usability Professionals Association).
