I've worked in magazine publishing for over 25 years, latterly in content strategy, resource management, staff motivation and skills development to facilitate the print-digital transition. I first crossed the digital divide back in 1993, working on a CD-ROM series and first-generation websites.
I write regularly for InPublishing magazine; judge for the Digital Magazine Awards and speak regularly at conferences, including the Publishing & Media Expo, The Specialist Media Show and CrossMedia.
