Key responsibilities I head up and am accountable for delivering the online sales performance for dialaphone.co.uk, the website accounts for 81% of DialaPhone transactions. My responsibilities include managing all aspects of the website, the launch of new products, the customer journey/experience and our SEO strategy as well as coordinating the activity of the PPC, CRM and Affiliate managers.

DialaPhone Commercial Marketing Manager July 2007 to March 2008 Achievements · Increased online pay as you go sales from 600 (July 2007) to 10k per month (Dec 2008) well above volume and financial expectations and as a result of my work I was provided the opportunity of promotion to Web Content Manager. · Successfully negotiated brand new terms with suppliers. · I sourced and managed the inception of “TMTI - Gadget Help line” which has delivered a significant ongoing revenue stream for the business. · I successfully merged our contract and PAYG teams giving greater fluidity within the business resulting in better service to our partners and customers as well as significant cost saving.
