Started in Fine Art, progressed through Graphic and Web Design to the Online Customer Engagement field. For 11 years I worked at the digital agency cScape leading the Customer Engagement Unit.

Now I'm Commercial Director at Foviance, a leading Customer Experience agency in the UK. I'm also the Course Director for Social Media with the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Career History

Commercial Director at Foviance
From December 6, 2010 and still in this role.

As Commercial Director I am privileged to sit on the Foviance Board and contribute to both the strategy and day to day running of the company.

Columnist at Customer Magazine
From October 1, 2008 until June 30, 2010.

I wrote a regular column in the UK's Customer Magazine, focused on customer experience and psychology. The magazine folded during the last recession (nothing to do with my column I promise).

Course Director for Social Media at Chartered Institute of Marketing
From January 1, 2008 and still in this role.

Design and run the Social Media Marketing course launched in 2007 and the Advanced Social Media course launched in 2010.

Customer Engagement Director at cScape CEU
From October 1, 1999 until November 30, 2010.

Member of the cScape senior management team and Director of the Customer Engagement Unit (CEU). Strategic consulting for clients including: Toshiba, Sony, Barclays, CIPD, Grant Thornton, AkzoNobel, British Council, Diabetes UK.

Owner at Cameron Sedley Associates
From November 1, 1996 until October 1, 1999.
