About Me
Consultancy for companies and organisations looking to transition their marketing and communications to the 21st century: I offer businesses expert help with adapting to the changes in media consumption, content creation and dissemination, attitudes and technology. My focus is on working with businesses to build in-house competence, develop a 21st century communications mindset and eliminate wasteful, inappropriate and outdated marketing activities.
My marketing career spans over 18 years including international managerial positions with Nike and adidas. For the last twelve years I have worked in online marketing, with my own consultancy business now in its tenth year. An early adopter, I have been on Twitter since 2007 and run regular workshops on Twitter, Facebook and Google+ for business. I am an experienced conference speaker and trainer and an original thinker who enjoys working with forward-looking businesses.
Freelance writer and author: I have written hundreds of original articles for both print and online publications, business and trade press, and my first book 'Blogging for Creatives' is due to be published by Ilex/F&W in Spring of 2012.
