About Me

Various duties in Website-Management, CMS-Management, SEO, SEM, Affiliate and responsibility for Extranet environment with a leading German insurance and financial services company; decentralizing and localizing Extranet activities and content generation; spoke-to-spoke content and information sharing;

Development of a Lead-Management System for the Web-Channel linking the website with the company's local sales agents or responsible insurance brokers; successful introduction of new processes led to an adoption of this very system for "traditional" communication channels and further on linking it with outbound marketing/sales activities;
well experienced in introducing IT-supported and IT-based automatic and semi-automatic or semi-autonomous processes in a hybrid sales environment spanning from traditional personal sales to phone and Internet;
the original web-project was finalist at the IBM Beacon Awards in 2003 in the category "Enabling The Minds Of E-Business"  http://www.timetoact.de/ttacms.nsf/id/EN_IBM_Beacon_Award_2003  for the company tasked with the software programming;
Currently working as a free-lance consultant in the fields of command and control (C2) in decentralized businesses and hybrid sales structures, customer interaction and E-Business;
