Worked onsite through an RPO for Bazaarvoice managing all the recruitment for sales roles outside of the US so this would include UK, Germany, France, Nordics and Benelux

Due to an ever increasing New Media and Digital Client relations over the past 18 months I have set up the New Media Team within the InterQuest Group under the ecrmpeople banner. Because of my passion and business development/sales skills, I have established new client relationships within the media space, which include Blue Chip Organisations like BSKYB, Virgin Media, BBC, ITV, ITN, FIVE, IPC Media, MacMillan Publishing, I-CD Publishing, River Island, ASOS as well as SME’s. Since I started, this division has not only expanded its candidate and client networks but also its brand presence and we are now being contacted through recommendations.
The New Media Team services the Sales, Marketing, Editorial and IT sectors. I have trained my team to attract candidates and potential clients through the use of Social Media, Blogging/Communities and visiting exhibitions to introduce our services through word of mouth (WOM) This has proven so far to be the best use of delivering candidates to our client and In my opinion, given the current financial climate it is necessary to be entrepreneurial and diversify.
