Thomas Burg is the head of Marketing for the Advertiser Decision Solutions group at Akamai Technologies, a company that provides a distributed computing platform for global internet content and application delivery. Previously, he was the Senior Product Marketing Director at DoubleClick, an ad-delivery platform provider and subsidiary of Google Inc. He was responsible for marketing of ad serving technologies in North America. Prior to that, Mr. Burg was a Director of Marketing at Quigo, and was responsible for marketing, communications and events, marketing to publisher and advertiser target markets. He has also worked for New York City-based e-commerce and online advertising companies, assisting in market and product positioning for technology buyers.
