About Me

Since September 2005, I have been running my own internet consultancy. It's primary focus is improving clients profit through improve use of the internet - which has led to a focus on SEO, PPC, analytics, website 'persuasion' architecture' and email marketing.

Prior to that I was a senior Senior Operational Manager (to director level) in Nortel and BT for over 20 years. With responsibility for P&L responsibility for multi-million pound budget units and up to 200 employees. My experience is in customer service / satisfaction / support, installation / maintenance, project management, support contracts, outsourcing, and training / consultancy,

Education and Qualifications

I have an honours engineering degree from Imperial College, London University and a masters degree in management science from Brunel University. I have been a Chartered Engineer and full member of the Chartered Management Institute for over 20 years.
