Education and Qualifications

My Independent Study project will analyse whether social media is becoming the preferred marketing communications medium with certain younger demographics, and how this can impact upon customer satisfaction in comparison with more traditional marketing communications tools.
I will be examining the growing trend of social media as a customer service tool in B2C markets, with an emphasis on which demographics perceive this to be a good method, to further advise future businesses on using social media as a method of eCRM.
