Is it better to use Marketing Systems sometimes known as MOM or MRM to manage the production of marketing assets, work-flow, storage, content sharing and the re-purposing of marketing and brand assets or is a CMS just as suitable?

By automating your marketing processes have you realised any time, cost and efficiency savings? Do you use any free or low cost web 2.0 tools to assist you?

Are you using these tools to centralise or better manage decentralised marketing activity? Do you use them to manage your agencies or other suppliers?

I believe that MRM systems may have the advantage over CMS. I would be interested in hearing your opinions and learning from your experiences.

As further piont flexi-page is considerably more approachable in price other systems and allows you to create PDFs online from template.
