I've been set the tast to redevelop one of my companies sites and look at new revenue streams. On our site we have video clips which are highly targeted, they are in adobe flash.

What would be the best format to get ad clips from advertisers in and how hard would they be to incorporate in to the video?

Any help most appreciated as our designer is sunning him self in Nice!!
